Start at the Ciampac cable car near Alba. That takes you to the valley above, turn left and follow the path across a ski run and a small reservoir.Go up the scree path and the route starts. The route is in the shade for most of the day so is likely to be slippery and wet in some parts.Note that there is NO escape route .The top has an airy feeling and superb views of the Marmolada and Piz Boe.There is a visitors book if you want to sign it.The return route is on the opposite side and it starts with a vary steep descend witith some cable(its actually graded 1a).It then levels out and it takes you to Forc Neigra with good views of Neigra and the valley below. There is another long descend before it levels out.The path then leads to the rifugios witch serve food and drinks and the cable car station.
