day 6 ,5am start
This was the highlight of the whole trip,7 people from the group chose to take part.5 am start,we were picked up and taken in Goreme to the offices of Kapadokya baloons to pay and be sorted out in groups,then taken by minibus on the road to Urgup just passed cavusin for the flight.Some from the group helped inflate the ballon while i predented to be busy taking photos.we took off and taken straight to 1000m to have a panoramic view of the goreme area,the wind was pushing us towards the White valley and Uchisar,as we reached the valley we descended to tree top height and flew over the fairy chimneys,by this time we caught up with the second baloon and flew together from there on.The pilots skill was exceptional,we flew over the rooftops of Goreme and then dipped into the pidgeon valley over the fruit trees and at one point actually rubbing against the other baloon.we next went higher with good views of Uchisar and our chase vehicle following us below to a spot somewhere near Ortahisar for the landing.The landing was as smooth as it can be and with little manouvering she actually landed on the trailer,again enerybody helped with the deflating except meTthe adventure was finished with champagne and chocolates (that is at 8am).
